At PopVerse, we strive to ensure that every collectible arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Pre-order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, as inventory is reserved specifically for the customer.

Please note that minor box imperfections may occur during shipping from distributors and are not considered damage.
